Greetings! Thanks for stopping by my blog! My name is Carleigh Dworetzky. I am a "foodie" residing in Miami, FL. I am recent graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where I obtained degrees in culinary arts and foodservice management. I grew up in Vineland, NJ where I also attended CCIT studying culinary arts. I have worked at a handful of respectable hotels and within many other foodservice venues. I am also an active member of the American Culinary Federation. I like food to be rich in taste but simple in style. I think anyone can learn to cook, but only few people can learn to cook with compassion and love. WHERE IS CARLEIGH NOW???


Im on the road for the next 2 months on business. I will be working at another hotel, filling in where management is not fully staffed. Ive left Miami 11 days ago and I am already missing home. Not sure if it is because im traveling alone or because I have had to stay in 3 different hotels in 3 days! Moving 2 months worth of luggage is not fun. Thank gosh I found a liquor store on my way home from work tonight.

Anyways this new hotel room (Marriott's Residence Inn) is amazing! Its like a mini apartment with a full kitchen and living room. Even a cute little dinner table. Well more to come later. :-)
